I’ll source something a little more premium when an ordinary card simply won’t do.
If a card falls outside the included upgrade, I’ll always let you know the additional cost before purchasing it.

1. Give me your dates
Tell me the birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions you’d like me to remember.
2. Tell me about them
A few details about each person helps me find a card that actually feels like them.
3. I’ll remind you
I’ll contact you ahead of the occasion so you’re not panic-buying a card the night before.
4. I’ll find the card
I’ll source suitable options for you to choose from.
5. You approve it. I sort the rest.
Once you’ve chosen your card, I’ll arrange the purchase and postage to you or directly to the recipient.
📮 WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Your annual Card Concierge price includes the concierge service, the standard greeting cards included within your chosen Swan package and standard UK postage.
You’ll always approve your card before I purchase it.
International postage, unusually large or heavy cards and cards outside the included price limit may require an additional charge. I’ll always tell you beforehand.
