<p>You tell me about the person. I do the searching.</p>

<h2>01 | TELL ME ABOUT THEM</h2>

<p>Tell me who you're buying for, what the occasion is and anything you think might help me understand them.</p>

<p>Their hobbies, favourite colours, favourite shops, interests, personality, things they already have, things they absolutely don't like... whatever you think is useful.</p>

<h2>02 | CHOOSE YOUR BUDGET</h2>

<p>Your minimum <strong>Total Gift Shopping Budget is £100</strong>.</p>

<p>This is the total amount you're setting aside for your gifting order. It covers both the gifts selected and The Gift Swan shopping service.</p>

<p>I'll work within the budget you've given me and aim to make every part of it count.</p>

<h2>03 | LEAVE IT WITH ME</h2>

<p>This is the bit where you get to stop scrolling through websites.</p>

<p>I'll research gift ideas, compare options and source gifts that fit your recipient, occasion and budget.</p>

<p>If I need any extra information, I'll get in touch.</p>

<h2>04 | YOUR GIFTS ARE SORTED</h2>

<p>Once your gifts have been selected and arranged, I'll let you know what's been chosen and what happens next with delivery or collection.</p>

<p>Depending on your order, gifts can be arranged for delivery to you or directly to the recipient.</p>

<h2>WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT I WANT?</h2>

<p>That's absolutely fine.</p>

<p>You don't need to arrive with a shopping list. In fact, sometimes the best briefs are simply:</p>

<p><em>"It's my sister's 30th. She loves pink, skincare and anything pretty. I have £200 to spend and I have no idea what to get her."</em></p>

<p>Perfect. That's enough for me to start working with.</p>
